"Wonderful little phone!"
Pros: Compact size, carrying strap, fun faceplate possibilities (mine's got Hello Kitty, cut out of an old valentine), good call quality, voice recorder can be used to create ringtones
Cons: aging, with little technical support, people freak out over 2-number-per-key layout (but it's actually faster to type text messages!)
Summary: I have had this phone since November, 2004. It has everything I'd like in a phone except stopwatch and mp3 player/ringtones. It is far more durable than cnet's 2-year old review gave it credit for, and has maintained excellent call quality up until Cingular stopped supporting us old ATT Wireless customers (and the battery started dying).
I still recommend this phone if you can find it. If not, the only comparably "fun" phone is the Sony Ericsson w600i, but Cingular just stopped carrying that as well. <sigh>
