"Horrible!!"
Pros: Good Battery Life
Cons: Everything Else
Summary: Have had this phone for about 5 months now and I have to say this is the worst cell phone I have ever owned. Other than having good battery life everything else is horrid.
The sound quality is the worst I've ever heard, I can hardly hear anyone who I call or who calls me, the only way I can remotely hear a call is to use the headset.
The reception, or should I say lack of is terrible. The phone can be sitting in one spot and you can watch it drop almost all signal bars, when on a call it will either drop or just scramble the other parties voice since it's down to one bar if your lucky.
The scroll button does not work right, takes several tries to get the right option.
The camera is of the lowest quality I've seen in a cell phone.
This is a cheap phone, but stay away, save till you can afford a better phone. Nokia has really gone down hill with this one.

Sorry to hear that you had such bad luck with this phone. With respects to the lack of coverage, was it the phone or your provider that was at fault? I ask that because I've had great phones with a provider that didn't get great coverage in my area.

I work for an indirect dealer that has sold AT&T, Cingular, and T-mobile, so i've come accross a lot of phones. I own about 30 different phones, most of which i got for free, and that is after i sold most of them already. I own real low-end phones (such as the samsung R225) to the real hi-end phones (such as the motorola A630 or blackberry). The Nokia 3220 is one of the phones that i own, and as a matter fact, both my parents and my girl friend have this phone as well. the camera isnt that bad, especially for the price. ive seen a lot worse (such as the motorola V220 or the Nokia 3200). The reception is actually pretty good and sometimes gets better reception than my motorola V505 (which is considered to be a hi-end, camera, quad-band, blue-tooth phone). And for being as low-priced as it is, i would say the phone is not that bad. All in all, reception is good, battery life is good, the camera and video camera is decent, and the speaker phone is ok. Although, the phone doesnt hold many pictures at all, and the memory is limited. but otherwise, for the price, i would rate this phone a 7 or 8. I just think u got the bad one out of the bunch. it happens sometimes.

The worst thing about this phone is it locks up each time it is out of signal range - after 8-10 minutes - you then have to remove battery and replace it go through the enter the time and date each time. It also has poor battery life and if you do not check it is in a good area when placing it on charge it will not charge the phone, because locking up prevents it from charging. When you remove and replace the battery you find it is still as low as when you put it on charge. I cannot believe this phone is a Nokia. I bought it from Phones4u and they would not give me a refund or exchange even though this phone is crap so do not buy from them.
