Pros: Clean display & contrary to the CNet review, a decently bright screen. Other reviews about a complex menu are unfounded, a quick start menu can be setup to access your 4 most-used functions (user defined). Many other functions are 1 button click.
Cons: Waiting for T-Mobile to turn on 3G in my city! Did have 1 incident of phone shutting off by itself, but after reseating the battery haven't had anymore trouble (suspect it was from having phone in my back pocket & sitting on hard surfaces too long).
