"User error = poor battery life"
Pros: Good feature set, good performance. Not too small, sleek. Decent mp3 player once you adjust the equalization
Cons: Earpiece audio is OK - not great. Speakerphone audio is better. Audio may be better with a Bluetooth headset, but I've not test that hypothesis yet.
Summary: Trust me -- the battery life is fine. I'm willing to bet 99% of the problem is that by default Bluetooth is on AND it is constantly scanning for another BT device. If you don't have/use BT, turn it ***OFF***. Your standby battery charge will last for DAYS and you'll have hours of talk-time. Texting is another matter...
If you DO have BT, pair up the devices you need and then set your phone's visibility to HIDDEN.

I have turned Bluetooth off and battery still lasted only a day and a half.T-mobile sent me new phone and battery and still same problem! Bluetoothe definitely OFF. I liked phone so I bought a new battery on ebay. Exactly the same result! Phone is a lemon.
