  "SHUTS DOWN ALL THE TIME"

  Pros: TONS OF FEATURES, SMALL, LIGHT WEIGHT

  Cons: SHUTS DOWN ALL THE TIME, VOICE ACTIVATION ONLY WORKS 25% OF THE TIME, NEW MAIL ICON WORKS SOME OF THE TIME

  Summary: THIS PHONE HAS REALLY DISAPPOINTED ME! I HAVE HAD IT FOR ALMOST A YEAR AND A HALF. IT CONSTANTLY SHUTS DOWN. AT FIRST IT ONLY DID IT A FEW TIMES BUT NOW IT REGULARLY SHUTS OFF ON ITS OWN FOR NO REASON WHAT SO EVER. IT IS VERY, VERY SENSITIVE AND SOME OF THE FEATURES ARE NOT USER FRIENDLY. I HAVE PLACED IT LIGHTLY DOWN ON A WOOD TABLE AND IT HAS SHUT OFF PLUS IF YOU HOLD IT ON THE SIDES WHEN SPEAKING AND YOU HOLD IT A LITTLE TIGHT IT WILL SHUT DOWN. I AM CURRENTLY SHOPPING FOR ANOTHER PHONE THAT IS MORE DURABLE AND RELIABLE WITH ALL THE SAME FEATURES BUT NOT READY TO SPEND OVER $2OO AGAIN! I STRONGLY SUGGEST TO ANYONE THINKING ABOUT BUYING THIS PHONE TO SERIOUSLY THINK AGAIN AND GET OUT THERE AND READ OTHER USERS REVIEWS.

  I have had mine for 3 years, and mine did that a little at first. The battery was loose, I just put a little cardboard in
  to make tighter.
  Best phone I have ever had, and I worked
  at Motorola 20 years!
