Pros: love the flashlight and the decible meter. The ability to hook the phone up to my laptop via IR or cable is great. You can manage the wallpaper, ringtones and contacts through the free downloadable 5100 PC suite. Because it is tri band I was able to use i
Cons: Hard to plug in the headset due to the design of the pop port on the phone.

Cons: Not available to any carriers yet, power button, need headset for FM radio, can't take advantage of any MMS features, which are available with other phones(no ring tones, email, etc.), expensive compared to other models b/c no carrier is offering the phon

Pros: water resistant, shock resistant, flashlight is a must to find his way to the electrical panel. IR on the side to transfer from PDA.
