The Bottom Line The Nokia 5140 wins points for originality, but its design will stymie frequent cell phone users. The sports model of cell phones, the rugged Nokia 5100 is packed with nifty features but offers middling performance. It may not be pretty, but the Sonim XP1 is a rugged GSM cell phone that's built to last. It offers good call quality, too. The Nokia 2610 could stand some minor improvements, but on the whole, it's a decent choice for a basic cell phone. The Nokia 1661 doesn't promise much, but it doesn't offer much either.
