"Cute, Great Features, Broken in 2 Wks"
Pros: Expandable Memory, Great Speaker, Cute & Small
Cons: Buttons Unresponsive When Warm, Feels A Bit Fragile
Summary: I got the Lilac on March 12 for $150/$50 rebate. By March 26 had determined I'd have to send it back to T-Mobile for a replacement as the external music buttons refused to respond when the phone had been in music mode for about 1/2 hr. I think it gets too warm or something. I bought it for the gym so this made it useless to me. I'm willing to try again because: it has good reception, handy size, great web surfing, good organizer, phonebook, etc. when the buttons work they are very friendly, great speaker loudness (although it takes too many clicks to turn on speakerphone in-call). I find it annoying that I need to go to Gallery to delete files rather than doing it in Music mode, but for this price, it's livable. While synced to my PC it was much easier, though pretty slow. It feels a bit fragile when you slide it (I hope the mechanism will hold up to wear and tear) but it feels smooth and quiet, too. If the next unit works I'd raise my review to an 8.

and to turn on speakerphone, you just have to press the right soft key when you begin a call. idk how you're doing it with multiply clicks...
