"This phone is horrible!"
Pros: Can put music from your library as ringtones, nice external navigation to music player, loud speaker, great photo quality
Cons: Lingering inconvenient problems
Summary: I would not recommend this phone to anyone. In 5 months, my husband and i have gone through a total of 11 replacements for this phone between both of us. There is a list of problems that keep reocurring. Nokia claims that they took the phones out of stores and fixed the software glitch, but if that was true, we wouldn't still continue to get defective phones!
