"Not perfect, but solid and simple."
Pros: Excellent reception, good sound quality.
Cons: Keys may be awkward for some, interface not as intuitive as LG or Motorola phones
Summary: As a Verizon subscriber, I was due for an new phone since my contract was up for renewal. I am not really fond of flip-phones so I was extremely limited in my choices. However, having used Nokia phones for business use for years, I was not disappointed when I chose this phone. Thought it's not sexy or flashy, it does the job well and I the only complaint is that the volume does not go up high enough when using a headset (I've tried several different ones). Without the headset, I use it at nearly the lowest volume as it is clear.
