"Lousy, Cheap, You Name It"
Pros: You May Lose It
Cons: Can't Hear A Word - Hello?
Summary: This echo's what another user wrote. Why didn't I read his posting first? I bought this as a simple per usage phone (pre-paid) for T-Mobile to supplement my regular phone plan. Well, it sucks. Actually, It's just plain terrible. I should have spent a few extra dollars on the Samsung. Cannot return this because I bought it six months ago and alternatives were bleak at that time.
I can't hear anything except when in a room devoid of any noise. Manually setting the volume is impossible. The speakerphone is difficult to invoke and the menu is difficult to understand. The backlit display is OK, but not great.
The only "pro" to this phone is if you lose it: you will get a better phone because it does not get much worse than this.
It's a great phone if you want to use it once or twice and then give it to charity and take a tax write-off.
