"after some research I love the phone"
Pros: free, small, nice look
Cons: no external caller ID
Summary: I have read where volume has been a problem for many people and it was for me too. After reading up on this issue I realized it is quite simple to fix. When you are making a call just press the silver ring to the right and the volume will increase. This only works if you have the auto volume skill turned off. Hope this helps a few people.

Good battery life, better reception in my country (Argentina), even in distant places than other motorola phone (V220i of my wife)). The volume level problem is simply to resolve, and have a nice design. Plus easy of use and a very low price, result in a lñittle jewel fron an entry level phone. Conclusion: for those who wants a phone to speak and sent simply messages with style and great material.
