"Familiar Menus but Durability Issues"
Pros: Menus are easy to learn and very familiar to Nokia users, infared is nice
Cons: VERY FRAGILE
Summary: I have had to replace 2 Nokia 6102 handsets in the last 60 days. They both have had similar failures. The first one both the external and main displays failed, totally black and unresponsive with no physical abuse or cracking Im guessing some sort of internal short. The second one the back light on both the external and main displays failed. They are still functioning but impossible to see unless you hold it under an external light source.

I just got this phone about a week ago and it's sems to have some kind of short, so far just on the external screen. I'm thinking....new phone.

My NOkia 6102 stopped working during the first week,,, lucky me, i was able to cancel my contract,,, i would have been so mad if i was stuck with this poor quality phone!
