Pros: Loud speaker made it hard to trade in, very good sound, even in radio mode. Nice calendar lay out but crudey "nokia" format, M-F not easy to add. Very good reception. great looking as well. Affordable accesories enable camera feature.
Cons: As before mentioned Calendar needs work. High gloss finish on the front easy marred. No, "call reject" capablility for specific numbers. Hard to find. "Cutting Edge" now retired.

Pros: Good size and comfort; ease of navigation with the directional rocker key. I love the volume keys on the side and the speakerphone. Ease of call making, good quality and good service.
Cons: Occasionally has trouble getting a signal (rural TN); very few dropped calls; you have to plug in an accessory to use the radio feature - it'd be nice to be able to use the speakerphone to listen to the radio without having to have the earpiece attached.

Cons: There was a subtle but annoying hissing or static noise on every call, almost like a dishwasher was going in the background. It was only on my end--the people I was talking to said it sounded great. I went back to the ATT store within 24 hours of buying
