Pros: I use this as a business phone and it is imperative that I never drop a call and I can call from a place even in a solid brick building and/or an elevator. I can do successfully without a problem.
Cons: It is bulky. I have given up on using a headset because the connector to the phone itself does not stay connected.

"Reliable and functional business phone."
Pros: Excellent reception and voice quality. Infrared capability and Nokia software facilitate data transfer to new phone. Superb battery life. Uses many of the accessories from previous 5xxx and 6xxx models.
Cons: A bit larger than most current phone models. Limited accessory availability.

"worked great at first, but then all kinds of trouble"
Pros: Calendar and data suite tools are great for business.
Cons: Reception became patchy after about 3 months of use. AT&T refures to allow me to change to a different phone model.

Pros: I've had this phone for over a year till I switched service providers. This phone is great, I get awesome reception with it compared to my new Motorola T720. Battery life is pretty good too. TDMA still gets better coverage than GSM. A great phone to h
Cons: The phone's a bit bulky. I wish it was smaller. If Nokia only have flip phones, I'd get a Nokia rather than a Motorola.
