Pros: Good sound, good UI
Cons: For power saving, screen darkens - but too quickly
Summary: On the first call I made with it, the person I called said it sounds like I'm in the next room. Battery life may be poor and that's certainly a consideration if you are a heavy user. Otherwise, a great display and easy to use.

Very short battery life...Display turns off within 5 seconds with no option to adjust.
TURNS OFF RANDOMLY. See AT&T Support Forum. Lots of people are complaining about this problem. What does AT&T do? They send you another nokia 6555 with the same flaws.

Yeah I just got this phone in late June, early July of 2008 and it has been shutting off randomly when I am in the middle of doing something like calling or texting. I called the at&t help line and they are going to send me a new battery and if that doesn't work they are going to send me another. The same exact one. Does it really not matter about the battery? Is it the phone itself? This is really annoying. My phone is still under warranty so I would like to get a whole different phone is this one continues to do it. What happens if the new phone they send you does the same exact thing? Do they let you get another? I really need to know.
