"It shuts down when in use"
Pros: My daughter likes the look and style
Cons: It will shut off while calling or texting, battery life is HORRIBLE!!!!
Summary: The phone is attractive. But looks are no good on an unreliable phone. It shuts down while in use. I wouldn't want a phone to shut down in an emergency!!!! ATT is in denial of the issues and gave me a new battery, but will not change phones. Th enew battery did not fix the problem. This has occured over 10 times in 2 weeks. That is a problem. Nokia should take care of the issue, but has not. Avoid this phone to avoid headaches!!!
