"Nokia did not think this one through"
Pros: Foldout keyboard handles text much easier than number keys alone; nice shape and size of unit; looks cool
Cons: Keys gave out requiring replacement of unit. 6820 is only a tri-band GSM phone (ie, only works in USA and part of rest of world)--4 bands are necessary for a true world phone (almost nobody knows this and it is not explained by Nokia which should know b

"Great phone phone. Better than most."
Pros: The full QWERTY keyboard is amazing. Text messaging, taking notes are a breeze. Battery life and reception are terrific.
