"One of the better phones but again I had to return it."
Pros: Visual voice mail, look of phone, even sound quality (which is hard to find in a verizon phone)
Cons: On two phones (I exchanged one) the volume automaticly went from load to soft and vise versa

Good battery life
Habitat mode is convenient
Small, light, and solid construction
Looks cool
No data plan required.
Gets good service everywhere I've tested it (in CT)
Visual voicemailCons: Buttons are a little hard to text with as compared to my old LG VX8600
speakerphone isn't great.
Predictive text isn't great.
Doesn't have a lot of features (if you're looking for lots of features go elsewhere)

Pros: Phone has a stylish look. Can read text messages on outside display. Good Voice Clarity and call reception. Blue tooth works well. Picture and Video is clear.
Cons: Battery Life is bad. usually down to 1 bar after a 12 hour period and only making a couple calls. Vibrate is weak. Cannot teach this phone new words in T-9 , you have to switch to "abc" format to abbreviate. very inconvenient.
