Pros: Cute little phone, daughter loved the easy texting. Faster than her previous Blackberry Storm.
Cons: 20 year old daughter texts a LOT, and all of the swivel action wore it out. It came apart and Verizon did not want to replace it, saying she must have dropped it. It is a bad design or needs to be a bit tougher.

Pros: I really like the unique design of the phone, and love how easily the square design (when closed) fits into purses and jean pockets and what not. Love the full keyboard, I feel it's very easy to use. have had it for 1 monht and no problems at all.
Cons: The swivel design does worry me about long term use, my sister did have the Sony Erikson swivel and never had any problems so as long as you take care of it, then you should be fine. The touch screen buttons on the front do get frustrating.
