"Worth Every Penny!" on by kneman1
Pros: Small, sturdy, screen clarity, easy open and close, design
Cons: Keys too small
Summary: i have been reading the reviews on this phone and the reviews are terrible. People complaing about price. The one thing you should understand is that anyone who spends 700-1000$ on a phone doesn't care. Now to the phone itself. I think everything about the phone is perfect except for the keys. The keys are terrible way too small. Especially the 0. But the keys are still bearable. I owned a razr v3 before this and I have to say that the phone feels great in your hand when you answer. Much more comfortable to hold. The steel case is good and not to heavy. The size is perfect. The screen does get alot of finger prints as well as the stell case. I do have 1 important thing to say is that NOKIA is a great company support wise. They have a dedicated number just for the 8800-8801 phones. Its a 2 year replacement guarantee and not with a refurbished one. The customer service rep told me the replacement phones they give are all brand new. Now I have owned motorola phone for a long time and I have to say their service SUCKS compared to this. They should take notes from NOKIA. If money is not the issue then this is a definite buy. If money is you shouldn't be reading this review. The phone is not for you.
