"Piece of junk"
Pros: Looks nice
Cons: It won't last
Summary: I bought this phone because it was a Nokia and they have a reputation for quality - was I ever wrong! Between my two daughters we've had 3 of these and the screen has failed on all of them. Also, be aware that the customer service robots at T-Mobile will not replace the phone when the screen fails - they say it has been damaged and of course there is no way that you can win when they have the phone. This phone will break on you so do yourself a favor and get an Ipod for your music and a real phone for your calls and texting.
The CNET editors may think this phone is great but I'd like to see them keep it for a 2 year contract and see if it was still so fine.
