Pros: You can throw it at someone to hurt them.

Cons: Bad keypad (for the black phone...you don't make the white one anymore), Bad photo management, bad bluetooth management, poor user interface, poor user manual, poor quick reference guide, not the best deal from ATT retail store, no memory chip port.

Summary: Black keypad - Call and End buttons are unreadable - even by me - and I'VE GOT 20/20 VISION! This is not the case on your white (discontinued) phone...HOW IS THIS SENIOR USER FRIENDLY???

It is VERY difficult/impossible to add photos for contacts - IF THE PHOTOS ARE NOT TAKEN BY YOUR PHONE. If you take the pic in portrait orientation, it's stretched (making people look fat) when attached to a contact. If you take the pic landscape, it appears sideways when attached to a contact. There's NO WAY to rotate the pic! I've tried any number of ways getting the pic off the camera, fixing in PhotoShop and getting it back to the phone, only - - - it GOES TO GRAPHICS, NOT PICTURES!!! The phone won't allow you to use a graphic for contacts, so transferring pics to the phone is useless!

Using Bluetooth to transfer contacts - only transmits limited info: No first name, no mapping of more than one email address, no birthdate field, and no mapping of home address. There is also no ability to put more than one Home number, Cell number, and Office number. With the proliferation of phones these days, HOW CAN YOU NOT ALLOW FOR MORE THAN ONE TYPE OF PHONE??? UNBELIEVEABLE!!!!! You market this as a great phone for seniors. HOW SO??? I just copied all my contact's info onto my 78 year-old mother's phone, and NOW I have to go back in, and edit EVERYTHING YOU LEFT OUT!!! I've got to buy a PC cable to see if I can get access to the photo folder, to add pictures THAT MY MOTHER CAN SEE RIGHT SIDE UP!!! You've got no compatibility with an SD card, which I could have used on my Dell to add the photos. Your "Quick Reference Card" is WRONG, which made me have to use the more complete User Manual to set the phone up, AND YOU'VE GOT NO INDEX TO FOLLOW, SO YOU HAVE TO RE-READ THE ENTIRE MANUAL TO SEE IF YOUR TOPIC IS LISTED!!!

For guys listing the phone as senior compatible, you sure have a strange way of showing it...
