"That little button in toggle will break any second now"
Pros: Only thing I can see possitive about this phone is it's size IF you are into tiny little things that will drop or get lost quickly
Cons: Way too small. Design is questionable with the keys too small and close together.
Summary: It was a difficult decision to purchase this phone and I did it over the internet. There are few selections for a reasonably priced phone from AT&T that isn't a contract phone. I finally based it on cost because I needed a replacement phone for my AT&T 'go phone' plan. Opened box, took out phone and tested how it felt ect. HERE is the big problem I can see and why it went right back in the box and will be returned tomorrow. That tiny itty bitty wee little button in the middle of the small tiny toggle area gets pushed around by your thumb when you try to push the toggle in any direction. That button wiggles around and I'll swear you could push it right off with one hard placed toggle. I'm willing to bet AT&T will see a lot of these returned once those start going bad or fall off.
