The Bottom Line	The Pantech C3 adds new personalization touches.	The Pantech C300's minuscule size will be a turnoff for many, but it manages to offer a fair amount of features and decent performance.	The Pantech C3b is the world's smallest flip phone with Bluetooth.	The Pantech Breeze is definitely ideal for senior citizens and those with disabilities, but it's also an all-around great phone for anyone who wants a decent entry-level handset.	Though we had a few quibbles with the phone's design, overall we were pleased with the LG Shine CU720's impressive style and feature set.
