The Bottom Line The Pantech C300's minuscule size will be a turnoff for many, but it manages to offer a fair amount of features and decent performance. The Pantech C3 adds new personalization touches. The Pantech Breeze is definitely ideal for senior citizens and those with disabilities, but it's also an all-around great phone for anyone who wants a decent entry-level handset. The Pantech C3b is the world's smallest flip phone with Bluetooth. The Pantech Matrix is a pretty good dual-sliding multimedia handset, but we just weren't pleased with the keypad design.
