"Terriible battery life w/ 2 different phones. AVOID."
Pros: GPS worked ok; lightweight, compact, and easy to use overall.
Cons: Battery life is extremely limited, needs charging every night. 3G Network capabilities not all that fast.
Summary: Purchased the c630 online for $39.99 when I renewed my contract. I had high expectations with this phone, but became convinced after only a few days that I received a faulty handset. Went ahead and exchanged it with another c630 under AT&T's 30-day "Buyer's Remorse" policy. Got the second phone and - same problem: VERY low battery life. Only was able to squeeze about 1/3 the talk time the specifications advertise. What a let down. I don't have a house phone; this is my ONLY phone. I just couldn't take the chance that it would die on me. Specifications indicate a 300 minute talk time: the best I ever did was 120 mins before the thing started chirping and died. I called AT&T and exchanged the 2nd c630 for a Nokia 6650 Siliver. The Nokia is a GREAT phone. It's only $30 more expensive (with 2 yr agreement and $50 mail in rebate). I should have ordered the 6650 in the first place rather than waste time with this Pantech! Avoid if you possibly can.
