Pros: Looks nice, like the two different keyboards, depending on how you turn the phone as well as the number pad for dialing

Cons: Shuts down & restarts for no reason, even if you are on a call! Touch response is poor, can't calibrate the screen, so you may touch one letter/number & get an entirely different one. Dial pad hides after call is placed, need to un-hide if you nee

Summary: DO NOT take Verizon's BS on this phone. There is something seriously wrong with this phone and they need to remove it from the market until they can fix the glitches. I ruined my LG Chocolate Touch, Verizon conveniently didn't put the insurance on the phone, so I got screwed into having to purchase a new phone. NOW they tell me I could have gotten a certified pre-owned LG Chocolate touch. Fed up with Verizon as well. If you are lucky, you will get a good tech person, mine was a sweetheart, but after everything, she was even baffled with this phone! Save yourself the time/headahces, don't buy this one. Samsung is a much better brand!
