"Nice look don't waste your time or money."
1.5 starson by NL121832Pros: Nice Look, supports playing MP3 music and Movies. Sterio wired headphones for listing, but not bluetooth. Types in Vertical and Horizontial mode for texting, but virtual qwerty KB is poor.
Cons: No help manual other then how to enter a phone number. Crux is CRUD as a phone for options and performance. Speaker gets stuck on for all calls and drains the battery. No 3rd party applications and performance is slugish.
Summary: Used this phone for 3 mo. and continually have issues with it. Requested help at a Verizon center and the Product support rep. for this phone was never around. Previous Nokia flip phone was well documented and apps were free to manage the phone. Not so for this one, transferring and managing the contacts is a pain, no direct PC application to create and edit. The documentation does not indicate the supported vCard level, 2.1 or 3.0. No Listing of supported file formats, MP3, MP4, JAVA, or JRE. This phone is lacking all the way around.
My fingers are not large, but the virtual QWERTY key board selects the wrong key when touching the exact same location. The capacitive touch keys require moist fingers to work and on dry days you have to lick your finger to get the contacts to work. It's a wanabee Iphone/ Blackberry with no instructions on how to use it.
