"Very disappointed"
Pros: Content available is nice enough
Cons: Phone "locks up" when you receive a text mail
Summary: We have four of these phones on our family plan and have had several quality issues. Among them:
Two of the phones "lock up" several times a day- usually upon receiving a text message.
You cannot send or receive pictures unless the other phone is one of your family members.
The audio volume is about half of what is needed. The speaker phone has to be held within 4-6 inches of your ear to be heard- kind of defeating the point of having one.
The screen is very difficult to read in bright light and you have to look directly "head-on" to view pictures, which is cumberson if you are trying to show more than one person at a time.
Volume control is very limited and can't be loud enough to be heard in louder areas.
Overall, this phone is much less capable than the comperable one I had from Sprint for the last two years. Generally when you have a phone for 2 or more years and "upgrade" you expect a smaller phone with more features. This one is neither.
