very wrong. I charged it for three hours while it was off and after 20 minutes it died. Not only will it not hold a charge but it gets very hot. To top it all off the AT&T store said I need to call the company and they will have to ship me a phone. That will be difficult because I will not be getting the same phone. This has been very inconvenient and frustrating. Steer clear of this phone

I agree with your rating. Did you happen to do the same review at www.att.com? I am trying to get people to do the same review on the att site. Because when I called with it getting VERY hot and frying the battery when charging and not hold a charge(3 different phones) I was told that they haven't had any problems like that before.PLEASE.. write a review with att also,if you haven't. We are being sent a 4th phone now because they don't exchange anymore with other phones-cross your fingers.
