Pros: Keyboard, brick design, texting navigation, textured back

Cons: Address book navigation, ring tone/volume access, only given 5 spaces for shortcuts, calendar

Summary: So, I got this phone after dealing with a POS Samsung because I was sick of paying $30 for a data plan. I wanted a basic phone and that was a little too basic for me. In this day and age it's almost IMPOSSIBLE to find a phone that's worth using that you don't have to pay an extra $30 a month to use. It's ridiculous! Maybe I appreciate this phone more than some other reviewers because of my circumstances but I have to stay it has it's merits. I want to be able to access my address book quickly and the 9 slots for speeddial give me that. it makes texting an absolute dream after my last phone and there are a couple reasons for that. 1) LOVE the qwerty keyboard! I've tried several others and this one was the easiest to use and gave me the most accuracy. 2) Sending the damn text. You wouldn't believe how many steps it took me on my last phone to do this! At least 4. Now I'm down to 2. The sound quality for ring tones is very good but you aren't given any good ones so I had to shell out $2.50 for something I could tolerate. Whatever happened to the cool ringtones that actually used to come on a phone?? My major grip is address book navigation. When you access it from the main menu you have NO way of knowing that you have to move your cursor left to change tabs in order to do things like set speed dial or change your SIM settings. There is no visible cursor so you just have to figure it out. same with ring tone and volume. You have to access it through "Profile" which makes no sense to me. I think there is another way too but neither one was easy to figure out. Ring tone should be one of the easiest maneuvers on a phone!

Overall, I'm actually very happy with the phone because I mostly use it to text and am happy with the battery life and sound quality. I'm also not on the phone very much but again, it's a perfect fit for me.
