"Good phone but not perfect"
Pros: Keyboard is easy to use
Call quality is good
Screen is goodCons: AT&T Spam is EVERYWHERE and can not be removed
Summary: Its a good phone for text messaging and e-mail. It would be a lot better without the loads of AT&T garbage in it.

How many text messages can this phone hold in the inbox before you need to start clearing them out? Also, can you designate mp3 files that you put on the memory card as ringtones?

Could you expand on the spam everywhere? Did you mean text messages, robo calls, email.... From the CAPS I get the message that is VERY bad. Wonder if companies get how much ill will that generates and it MAKES a difference in product/service selection.
