Pros: Cute, great concept, but...
Cons: Way to sensitive to humidty, had the phone for about a month before phone started locking up when sending messages. Sure enough, when returning the phone, "water damage" indicator was red. Never been near water, but about 90% humidity in Chicago!

Pros: Cute, fun colors, compact design (good pocket size), full keyboard.
Cons: Touch screen randomly stops working, lots of links to apps in the menu that can't be removed.
Summary: When I first researched phones, the Pursuit was too new for customer reviews. The editor's review scored it quite high, and the reviews on the AT&T website were favorable so I got it. If I had seen the reviews available now, I never would have bought it. About 2 weeks after I got the phone, the touch screen stopped responding. It started working again after a bit, so I didn't think much of it. It started happening more and more and would be unresponsive for longer and longer. A hassle when it's your only phone and you need to make a call. Finally brought it in to AT&T and customer service replaced it without much issue, but I'm dubious on how long this one is going to last. I'd think twice about buying this phone.

Pros: Touch screen and keyboard are easy to use; screen clarity and camera quality are good
Cons: 3 weeks after getting it, the screen got "spider web" cracks on the inside. Not sure how it happened b/c I didn't drop it or do anything. AT&T wouldn't swap or fix it; they wouldn't even accept that it could be a mfg defect. Nice customer service!

Pros: Liked the touch screen but unhappy that it has given out on me after just 3 weeks of use.
Cons: Too delicate and overly sensitive to moisture. I have has it no where near any type of water or rain! Angry with the customer service or lack there of!!!!
Summary: The customer service is very poor. Each person I talk to gives me a different answer .

Pros: its cute, small, portable, has many apps on it
Cons: bad touch screen, facebook app is just a shortcut, way to delicate, my touch screen randomly stopped on me and i take excellent care of this phone. it robbed me of my money when the touch screen just stopped
Summary: dont buy this phone, there is alot of good things about this phone, but way to many bad things
