The Bottom Line Though it offers a new AT&T feature, the Samsung Access isn't a compelling alternative to the flashier LG Vu. Despite a few quibbles with the touch screen, its full features and excellent performance make the LG Vu one of the hottest phones this year. The Samsung Eternity succeeds as a multimedia device, but without Wi-Fi and full e-mail support, it stops well short of being a business-friendly device. The Samsung Solstice offers a touch screen and multimedia features, but its performance isn't the best. For AT&T customers looking for a basic messaging phone, the Samsung Magnet delivers with a slim QWERTY design and affordable price tag.
