The Bottom Line Though its voice quality isn't amazing, the Samsung Axle is a functional phone for basic communication. If you're not looking for a lot of features, the Samsung Gloss is a nice and compact messaging phone for U.S. Cellular customers. Even though its call quality could be improved, we'd still recommend the Samsung TwoStep as a good beginner music phone for U.S. Cellular. The Motorola W385 is a dependable cell phone without confusing bells and whistles. Even though its call quality could be improved, we'd still recommend the Samsung TwoStep as a good beginner music phone for U.S. Cellular.
