"Excellent extras but fails at its basic design function" on by dementedlemur

Pros: Good speaker volume and awesome accessory package

Cons: Poor call quality and volume when not using headset or speakerphone modes

Summary: I've really tried to like the Beat but the in call volume and quality is so bad that I can't reliably use it for its primary purpose.
It sounds great when using the included stereo headset adapter and with the 3.5mm headphone adapter with mic, but the built in earpiece is way underpowered. Since I am within the 20 day return policy for t-mobile this one is going back.

"Basic phone don't expected too much" on by mlords1000

Pros: It's a PHONE, that's all it really is. Plus its has a pretty good music player.

Cons: I've had this phone for about two years and it seems like with every passing year my saved text messages get all mixed up. Another things is on occasion the phone doesn't recognize music files, restarting fixes the problem.

Summary: In general it's just a phone with basic phone features don't expect smart phone capability with this one. The music player is a plus, but that's the only perk. The camera isn't really all that great and neither in it's video recording. For me the phone was free, but had i paid $95 dollars for it I'd be a lot more critical.

"It won me over" on by ActSuz

Pros: Durable. Works well in Europe.

Cons: Camera or Music turns on when I flip it open with one hand. It needs to be re-booted often. Voice dialing is the worst I've ever encountered.

Summary: I absolutely hated this phone because of how difficult it is to open it without setting it in camera mode. I was won-over after I'd accidentally dropped it on the ground many times and in toilet then rinsed it off; twice. I thought it was a gonner because, until it dried out, it looked messed-up. It's still fine, months later. That's a pretty tough phone which I need!

"This phone is ok but it turns on and off when it wants" on by Bri_Boo

Pros: I like how there is a built in mp3 player and you you can get all the ringtones that you've like.

Cons: The phone blinks out, sometimes deletes you're files and pics. and the battery life isn't to good.

Summary: I don't like this phone because of the color. Green is the only choice that you have. When you have only 30 messages in your inbox you have to delete them to recieve another message.

"Nice phone with good features" on by bobmarley10

    Pros: Nice Look (My Opinion)
    Good Music Player
    Handy Features
    Sends and Recieves Calls Fine

Cons: Has a Tendancy of Getting Dirty
Mine has a Bad Battery Life

Summary: This phone has good speakers for easy hearing, a smooth keypad for easy dialing, and a pretty good music player. It also comes with all of the basic apps such as a calculator and a stop watch. It is bluetooth capable and mine came with an SDcard, making it possible for me to store my music and photos. It also has a decent camera and easily syncs with my computer making it easy to upload and download files.
