Pros Seriously? None!

Cons No convenient support, extremely poor quality, it stops working after a month, no customer service.

Summary This phone was obtained a month and a few days ago. We didn't go for the cheapest model available, however, it seems we should have. It has never been dropped nor submerged in any liquid, it has not been abused nor misused in any form. So 2 days ago I take it out of my clutch and it does not re-boot. It just loads "Samsung" over and over. Consider it is not a "purse", this phone wasn't bouncing around with a bunch of other things that could have damaged it.
Couldn't contact Samsung online, then when I did yesterday I was given instructions to do a soft re-set. Didn't work. I was told to Call Samsung during business hours: Translation: Miss a day of your own work wages to speak to a tech rep. Tech Rep out of the USA (Nothing against hardworking out of the country phone people) who stated to take it to a service center 25 miles away from where we reside, leave it there for 2 weeks and "let's see.."
So, what happened to Customer Service? How about providing me with a replacement phone right then and there and you take mine, fix it n re-sell it as a re-furbished? Or recycle it all together??
I am so disappointed of both: Product Quality and Service.

Pros It's a flip. Key pad is clear and big enough for easy accessing of numbers and letters.

Cons Battery life very short. Signal strength awfully week. Screen resolution very low. It freezes frequently so rebooting is a constant. Does not support file downloading.

Summary No even good for basic cell phone use...will never recommend it to my friends
