"Excellent Phone - Great Features - Nice Price"
Pros: The feature of this phone are excellent. The turn by turn Navigation rivals and standalone Nav system, even has real time traffic at no cost, included in my Alltel plan. Was leary of touch only but this phone works perfectly.
Cons: It's a lot slower to crank out a quick text, I'm coming from a KRZR with predictive and I could do that one handed in my sleep. To send texts you kind of have to go a few menu buttons , then when qwerty pops up you have to turn phone. T9 blows.

"Don't let the other reviews fool you!"
Pros: Does everything you would expect a cell phone to, and much more. Despite what many are saying, it is possible to put your own custom ringtones on the delve, and yes for the alltel version.
Cons: e-mail is lacking on this phone. ringer is not as loud, i find the ascending ringtone to be annoying.

""Smart" Phone for the average Joe"
Pros: Fit and Finish are sturdy and excellent. Looks great and feels great. Very few hiccups or lags in the software. Good selection of freeware (including GPS!). Clear screen and positive feedback on touch screen. Easy to navigate. Easy to master.
Cons: Battery life is not great. The reception bars read little to no bars in places I usually get 3-4 bars. (but no signal loss or dropped calls) The HTML web browser doesnt fit the screen. It is annoying to have to slide back and forth. Not an iPhone

"Looks and feels good but otherwise junk!"
Pros: Came with headphones and case. Feels solid, good build quality with a fairly sharp looking screen. External SD card slot. Nuance voice commands seem to work well.
Cons: Only for smaller fingers. Poor battery life. Mediocre audio quality. Can not flip anything to landscape view. Feels like I am going to rip covers off of the ports (hard to open). Body is oversized compared to screen. Underpowered headphone jack.

"The best phone I've ever owned"
Pros: Its a great sleek style and easy to pick up and use. It manages to keep up with the technology while maintaining the K.I.S.S. attitude. Also has one of the best web browsers I've ever used on a mobile phone. Great battery life for all that it does.
Cons: No slot for the stylus but its not really needed. I frequently use both the keypad and the qwerty so the ability to flip between the two just by tilting it is a missed feature but with one button you can flip between the two which is really handy.
