Cons: Not reliable; screen/phone freezes up and does not always rotate screens.
Summary: Returning second one in two weeks.
Returning second one in two weeks for; screen freezing and not always rotating, pour performance, low available memory for surfing internet, email disappearing after being read or before it can be read (maybe a Sprint issue), garbled text messages being received. Back light does not always stay on to time set.

I agree with the above review, This phone is horrible!! Constantly freezing, not getting text messages and freezing 4 minutes into phone conversations. Very annoying!! Dissapointed in Samsung for putting out a phone like this

i dont understand why you have so much trouble with this phone. It's been a really reliable phone so far. It's easy to text on this phone too. No screen freezing problems at all. It's a really nice phone. Hope things start to look brighter for you.
