"No USB support" on by theDoeofJohnny

Pros: Decent battery life, sleek design, has a real keyboard (not an onscreen one), touchscreen, lots of customization and features. Good organizer without having to buy the data plan.

    Cons: No USB support
You cannont remove some features (embedded bloatware like unwanted games and apps)
Having to call support about PIN and PIN2 (security features)
Touchscreen does not compare to iPhone

Summary: With no USB support the only way to get data onto the phone that wasn't original installed on it is to use Bluetooth (very slow and unsecure), or use the Internet apps provided (expensive and usually slow). They send you a CD with USB Drivers but when you click the link it takes you to the Samsung support page that only gives you links for the manual. To top it off there is no way of backing up or synchronizing the organizer with the computer. The only way to get an a microSD card is to pop the back off of it and insert it. This makes microSD card usage a pain especially when you look at the where your putting the microSD card and realize that it would have been really easy to add a slot on the cover for it. Samsung also has no Windows 7 support that I could see for any of its phones. I got rid of a Samsung printer recently and always had problems with it from the beginning. It should have thrown a red flag with me when I saw Samsung written on my phone.
