Samsung Flight SGH-A797 (red, AT&T)

Pros: Size of the virtual key pad is large and comfortable. qwerty key pad is easy to use. touch screen navigation is a breeze. simplicity of phone is awesome. feels very sturdy. call quality sounded equal to my Black Berry Bold and IPhone.

Cons: No 3.5mm jack. Proprietary plug (requires an adapter to connect to computer and head phones). Speaker phone is not very loud.

Summary: Despite my quibbles the Samsung flight is a capable messaging phone. I have experienced only good call quality. The battery life is good. Music player sounds better than my IPhone and equal to my Black Berry Bold. Bottom line Samsung Flight is what it is. A competent easy to use messaging phone that needs no apologies.
