"Terrible Phone"
Pros: Looks, Music Player
Cons: Camera, Reception, Operating System
Summary: I bought this phone last week and returned it today. The phone looks gorgeous, but that is about the extent of the good qualities. Although I did like the music player...
The camera is horrid. I like taking random shots and don't want to have to carry my digital camera everywhere. The camera distorted the color on everything giving it a reddish or a cyan hue. I tried to correct it through settings, but about half the time I could actually get a decent color.
The reception of the phone was the worst I've had. I would only get a bar or two in my apartment where I used to get full service on my old LG phone. My girlfriend has a very old samsung and still gets better reception than this phone.
I've had several issues with the operating system as well. It froze on me often or would start something and exit out immediately. I also had an issue with a hissing sound coming out of the speakers when I closed the phone sometimes. I think this was due to the voice command program freezing.
The keypad looks great, but the down arrow is right above the clr button and I often found myself fat fingering the clear button. I'm a guy so maybe if you have smaller fingers this won't be a problem, but it was for me.
Overall, I loved the looks of the phone. That was the only thing that kept me from returning the phone for so long. If you get past the looks though, you will find an operating system that tends to lag, freezing issues, mediocre reception, and a terrible camera.
