"3 clicks to end call after leaving VM says it all"
Pros: Nice Display
Cons: So many...Locks/Unlocks on its own easily - keep hitting wrong keys on touch pad
Summary: The most frustrating phone I have ever had and didn't think in this day and age it would be possible to have so many faults in a phone.
1) When on a call you often have to hit menu, unlock, and then END.
2) Back screen goes black quick and if you change the setting to extend phone dies within one day.
3) I dialed an ex from a year ago because I thought my finger hit another person's number on the touch pad. Same with dialing a number. You rarely hit the right key.
4) When dialing my VM pin it is tough to enter the numbers exactly on your first try as noted in #3 above. Yet there are times the screen shows the wrong pin yet I must have typed it in correct b/c my VM now sounds.
Do yourself a favor and get even a beeper instead.

1) Hit unlock then end. Hitting menu does nothing. 2 button presses.
2) I have mine set to 15 seconds, and it lasts up to 4 days with consistent use.
3) Touch pad works great. I can dial a 10 digit number in 2 seconds. Thats five keys every second, with very consistent accuracy. I have it set to sensitivity level 5. Even tiny buttons when on the internet are not hard to press. You're using the pads of your fingers right?
One more tip for all of you. Use 1 finger to select something, and 2 to scroll. Use two fingers next to each other and drag them up and down on the screen to scroll. -
You gave this phone too many compliments. At least yours didn't get on the internet on it's own and start downloading music.

Couldn't agree more, worst phone I have ever owned...I am on my second phone & they both seem "possessd" I will have the phone just laying on my desk & it will start "clicking" all by itself..& forget touching the right key on the touch screen to dial a number.....Oh yeah & its wonderful when the whole thing "freezes up" & won't do anything...

haha.. I completely agree with you..

I agree exactly. The interface is terrible.

almost every ohone requires multiple touches to end a call

i had 4 of them. they ALL broke. and dealing with customer service was TERRIBLE. i am switching to AT&T in october as soon as my contract is up!

If you hit the home key twice after a call the phone hangs up. Why would you have a year old exes number in ur phone still? TOOL! If you had any phone savvy you would know the trick of adding ur password to the dialing sequence of ur voicemail so you don't have to enter it!
