"Worst phone ever!"
0.5 starson by mynamespatPros: The spacebar in the middle of the keyboard was the only thing I liked about this phone.
Cons: 1. I went through 4 of these phones before exchanged it.
2. The touch screen never worked.
3. It would restart every time I changed a setting or received a picture message, or sometimes no reason at all.
4. The battery sucked.
5. Verizon SUCKS.Summary: Worst phone ever only to be outdone by verizon's atrocious customer service!
Don't buy this phone. You will regret it. In fact, if you are thinking of switching to Verizon, DON'T DO IT.
I am switching to AT&T in October as soon as my contract ends.

I just switched to Verizon from AT&T because AT&T doesn't keep their promises... I used to think they were the best, but now I'm not sure. This is the phone I've ordered. I guess I'll just have to see for myself how much I like or dislike it. I can't wait to play around with it though.

I'll have to say that this IS the worst phone ever and people who say otherwise must have some kind of monetary agenda. However in Alabama you can't beat Verizon on customer service. They are always quick to solve any issue I have except I just made the mistake of not reading any reviews. An old bag phone would be better than one of these, at least more reliable.

Thanks! i was thinking of exchanging it for a new one but I'll just get a totally diffent phone. Unfortunately I have to stick w/ Verizon cause of my contract. What phone do you have now?
