Pros: I didn't want a smart phone, and this was about the only other choice. Qwerty keyboard is easier to use than 10 key pad for texting.
Cons: Ok, where do I start. It shuts itself off randomly (at least a couple of times a week). Sometimes things like alarms quit working until I reboot it (once every couple of weeks). The touchpad is a pain.
Summary: This phone is barely worth what I paid for it ($0). If I had it to do over again, I'd pay the extra $50 for the Huwai (almost a smart phone but doesn't require a data plan). When it works, it's all I really need. Unfortunately, it doesn't perform the way it should reliably.
