Pros: None, not enough of it works for any Pros.
Cons: There are so many things wrong its hard to list them all.
Sporadic shut off.
Memory card problems.
Clunky features etc. . .Summary: We have 3 of these in our family because it was the only decent looking flip phone ALLTEL offered.
All 3 sporadically shut of when you hit the send button. All 3 regularly loose contact with the memory card so that you cannot access anything on it or write to it
I have switched my phone out 3 times and still have the same problems.
When it DOES work, the MP3 player sucks, you cannot fast forward or backward, only skip to the beginning or end. The calendar feature will not let me make weekly repeating appointments, only daily or monthly.
I cannot use my MP3s as ringtones.
The list goes on and on. I will never ever buy another Samsung phone even if I have to switch carriers to avoid it.
The phone sucks period. I know at least 2 other people outside my family who have the same problems with theirs. That is at least 5 that I know of. I can not believe there is not an outcry for a recall on this doorstop of a phone. -

Pros: The keys to text are easy to use, voice quality, ease of manuereving the cell phone.
Cons: ~if you recieve a pic msg from a friend, the pic is too tiny to see...sometimes I had to click "save" to see the pic in larger size!
~ This cell sometimes reboots itself even after I dialed the number and wondered why I didnt hear the ringing....ugh!Summary: Tho I got this cell with no contract but assuming if you did with 2 yr plan....that's how long I have the phone now w/o contract. Well guess what...You'll wanna burn this cell in a bonfire this Fall!....I'm so ready to burn this crap in bonfire and get a different one! DON"T BUY IT.... ohhh wait....dont get this even if this is for FREE!!!!

Pros: Texting offers "chat feature"
Bluetooth friendly transfer of contactsCons: Intermittent shut off and restarting
Screens go black and phone locks up
Menu navigation keys cannot be customized
Side buttons didn't workSummary: I used the phone less than six hours and had to report it as defective and request an entirely different phone. After using a RAZR for the past four years, this phone doesn't compare. Very little on the phone can be customized as far as menu navigation keys. There is no copying of contacts or text information available. Manually intensive phone gave my hands a work out.
One nice option is putting texts into a chat screen context. -

Pros: Battery life will last about 2-3 days. Will survive a drop. Voice Quality is great. BUT the best feature of the phone is the big keys for easy texting.
Cons: The camera button on the side. I keep my phone in my pocket and the camera button will always get bumped and activate the camera and take a million photos inside my pocket. Very annoying and there is nothing i can do about it.
Summary: Wouldn't recommend
