"Good basic phone, good reception, great battery life."
Pros: Unlike other reviewers, I have no problems with reception or battery life (if bluetooth turned off'). Battery life is several days in standby with bluetooth off. With bluetooth on, 24 - 30 hours.
Cons: After 1 yr, couldn't delete messages. Verizon store couldn't help. Call to tech support got me new phone (5 days left on warranty). need external software to get ringtones, can't turn my mp3s into ringtone. Easy to accidently turn mp3 player on.

"It's a small basic phone with handy features."
Pros: 1. Easy to use and program. The logic is easy to figure out.
2. Size - easy to carry (although bigger than it's predecessor)
3. Reception - finds towers well and holds calls.
4. Sound quality -Cons: 1. Hinge may not hold out for the 2 year contract period - we'll see. Seems a little weak.

Pros: I liked the option of changing the face plates. It has a very nice camera and camcorder that produces excellent shots. You can even store a video and use as your wallpaper.
Cons: The battery life totally, totally SUCKS. Some songs that are not PURCHASED cannot be used as ringtones.It would not allow me to use thoses songs as ringtones for Caller Id's.

"It's simple and easy to use & have built in speaker"
Pros: I wanted to have a practical yet fashion phone which I can just throw into my bag and not care much about it getting scratched up. Because it comes with extra set of covers, I often change them to match the color of my bags. Simply smart.

"Worst phone I have ever had!!!"
Pros: It was cheap--bought as the phone du jour when I renewed my contract.
Cons: Does not have an alert for missed calls which are frequent. Poor reception and often get an out of service area alert while I am standing still in one place. Very poor battery life.
