"Jitterbug works great for us"5.0 starson by Dandtwatson
Pros: We found the Jitterbug phone easy to use and to understand. The screen calls for basic Yes and No answers, and the volume is loud enough for one of us with a hearing loss to use comfortably. Button on the front allows easy volume adjustment.
Cons: There are no speed dial keys.
Summary: We found that we did not need the complicated phones that are on the market. We wanted something that would give us the convenience of having a cell phone, but would be simple enough for us to use without having a degree in IT. We can select different rings so we know which friend or family member is calling. The large fonts are helpful when dialing, and I can go on-line whenever I want to update my phone with Phone Book entries and Calendar events. We also like the extra services, such as the Live Nurse program that allows us to talk to a registered nurse 24 hours per day. The nurse is live- not a recording. We have found Jitterbug to be the perfect service for us. When we tell friends about it, they envy the simplicity of our phones compared to their complicated and unfriendly ones.
