Pros My favorite feature is the large buttons for dialing l. I also appreciate the dial tone, which tells me the phone is working. It's also loud and the volume is easy to adjust while on the phone. And the instruction manual was very simple to follow.
Cons I wish I could find names in the phone book faster.
Summary If it weren't for the Jitterbug, I probably wouldn't be using a cell phone at all. I probably would have given up altogether. About a month after getting it, I was in the car with my two young grandsons. It was about 100 degrees out, and my car broke down. I often wonder what I would have done if I had not been able to call AAA. I could not have walked with those two babies in that heat down a main road. This phone makes it possible for me to have modern technology in a cell phone I can understand and use. I love it!

Pros I can see the numbers and buttons easily. The operators put names and numbers into my phone book so they are there for me to use. I get to talk to a real person each time I call.
Cons I would prefer a phone in a different color. It was only available in black or white.
Summary My son gave me a cell phone on his family plan, but it was too difficult to use. I had to use my glasses every time and even then it was hard to use. I would misdial because the letters and numjbers were so small. Jitterbug is perfect for me. The operators are also really friendly. When I call I can tell them my calendar events or new phone numbers and somehow they are able to send them through the cell system into my phone so they are ready to use. I actually enjoy having a cell phone now.
