The Bottom Line The Samsung SPH-M320 has a decent camera and nice design, but its call quality could be just a bit better. If you're looking for a basic and affordable cell phone for just making calls, the Samsung SPH-M300 delivers with style. However, if you want a good camera phone, look elsewhere. The SPH-M220 isn't for the danger-prone, but it offers acceptable call quality in an easy-to-use design. The Sanyo Katana LX is a decent entry-level camera phone for its price range. Though the LG Rumor is not as fast as we'd like, it's still a great messaging multimedia device for those who don't need a lot of speed.
